When i was in the cookware business, i one day found that i had made more appointment than i could keep. i asked my assistant, gerry arrowood, who did all the work while i did all the talking to deliver six set of cookware for me. since she wasn't accustomed to talking to customers, she did nt want to do it, but finally said she would.

the next night, i got one of the most exciting phone calls i've ever received. Gerry said , "I dont ever remember having this much fun or feeling so good about myself. i'll be glad to do this for you anytime you want me to!" her picture (of herself) had just undergo a dramatic change.
